We are dedicated to building sustainability on our campus and in the greater community through conservation practices ranging from energy initiatives to composting programs. We strive to build awareness about sustainability, and we challenge all students, faculty and staff members to do the same. By utilizing one of our recycling bins, assisting in one of our energy reduction programs, or choosing to take one of our free public transportation offerings to get to campus, we can make our environment a cleaner and more sustainable place to live, work and learn. The world won’t wait for you to get involved. Go green today.
The Office of Sustainability seeks eco-reps to help engage Towson students in environmental actions and activities. Eco-reps serve as liaisons between the student body and the Office of Sustainability at Towson and help our campus in the transformation towards an eco-conscious community.

Towson’s annual environmental conference is designed to raise awareness among students, faculty and staff about environmental topics, issues and solutions. Members of the campus community gather each year to hear presentations from faculty, students and environmental leaders in the Baltimore region. This year’s conference will feature a keynote speaker, several simultaneous panel sessions, and a career and networking fair where students can interact with representatives from potential employers.
