Communication Studies (B.S.)

This major takes a three-pronged approach to communication studies. First, gain a greater understanding of the role that communication plays in shaping culture and identity. Second, analyze the ways in which the process of meaning-making — through words, images, symbols or technology — strategically influences human judgment and actions. Third, sharpen your critical thinking abilities as you become a more ethical producer and consumer of messages.
