
Reinstatement
Former regular employees who leave in good standing and return after a break of less than three years in service from University or State employment are considered reinstated employees. These employees receive full credit for prior service as it applies to service time and unused accumulated sick leave. A reinstated employee is not eligible for salary credit and/or annual, holiday, or personnel leave credit.
