High School Graduations
Parking for high school graduations will be available in the Towson Center lots, 13, 14, 19 & 20. Lot 21 is reserved for individuals who have been issued a permit from the school administrators and for handicap parking. All other lots will be open for guest parking and do not require a permit.
- Please note there is ongoing construction on I695 near the Charles street exit. Plan for traffic delays.
