About TU

Student Permit Rates

Permits must be purchased online through eParking. You will need your TU NetID and password to log into your eParking account.  All vehicles parked on campus must be registered to a valid TU permit or park at a paid meter during restricted hours.  No warnings will be given.

  • The Virtual Permit System is currently being used, so a decal or hangtag will not be issued.
  • Be certain to register your vehicle's correct license plate information when you are purchasing your permit.
  • Freshmen (29 credits or less) and non-degree commuter students are only eligible to purchase an "Overflow" permit.
  • Students purchasing a permit for the Spring and/or Summer semester need to purchase a prorated annual permit the day before the student needs to park on campus.
  • Short-term permits, such as monthly or weekly permits, may be purchased in advance. However, weekly and monthly permits are not eligible for refunds.
