$1 million - Completed January 2007
The patio outside of Nathan T's was enclosed and the interior of Pub Smedley was renovated and expanded to create the newly named University Club. The University Club boasts new interior finishes, bar and bathrooms.

$4.5 million - Completed January 2007
Formerly housed in Lida Lee Tall, the Childcare Center now has a home of its own in this newly constructed building located on Auburn Drive.
College of Liberal Arts - Phase I

$51.5 million - Completed August 2009
Phase I of the College of Liberal Arts project included the design and construction of the first 100,000 square feet of the nearly 300,000 square foot academic building that will house the College of Liberal Arts.
The building is on track to receive LEED silver certification when phase II is complete.
The expansion of the campus's Central Utility Plant was also part of the project. The plant expansion provided the necessary utility infrastructure to support campus growth.
Cook Library Lobby Renovation and Starbucks Cafe

$1 million - Completed September 2006
The library lobby and surrounding area were completely renovated to include new storefronts and a Starbucks Cafe in the former vending area.

$10.6 million - Completed January 2008
The Towsontown Garage was expanded to add 500 parking spaces for student, faculty, staff and visitor use. The expansion project also enabled the restoration of the Towson Run stream, which runs beneath the garage.
Union Parking Services Offices

$560,000 - Completed October 2006
The Parking Services office was relocated to 2,500 square feet of newly constructed office
space in the lower level of the Union Parking Garage.
Union Third Floor Conference Rooms

Patio space on the third floor of the University Union was converted into conference rooms with an excellent view of the Center for the Arts.
West Village Housing - Phase I

$36 million - Completed August 2008
A groundbreaking ceremony was held in May 2007 for phase I of the West Village Housing project. Construction on site has been underway, and interior construction on the project is more than 80% complete.
