Payment Information
You will receive an email notification via your campus email when an eBill is available. It is important to pay your bill on time to avoid cancellation of your class schedule and/or a late processing fee. Please make note of the payment due dates listed on the Registration and Billing Schedule below.
A late fee of $75 is assessed to a student's
financial account when his or her term charges are paid after the bill
payment due date.
If you do not receive a notification of eBill availability in your campus email at least one week prior to your bill due date, call the Bursar's Office at 410-704-2100 or 1-888-5-BURSAR. You are responsible for paying your tuition and fees by the due date even if you do not receive an eBill notification.
Cash, checks, ACH/eCheck, money orders and credit cards (Discover, MasterCard,
Visa) are accepted methods of payment. The university also offers a payment plan administered by Nelnet /eCashier. This tuition deferred payment agreement extends to students a monthly budget plan for meeting the cost of tuition and other costs for the term.
Securing or Canceling Your Schedule
If your account balance reflects a credit or zero balance,
your class schedule will be secured for the term. If you have a credit or zero balance and choose not
to attend the upcoming term, you must drop all your classes by the end of the Change of Schedule period in order to receive 100 percent refund of tuition and fees. You may withdraw online, login to Towson Online Services and click on Self Services>Student Center>Enrol/Drop. Or, submit an Official Withdrawal Form to the Office of the Registrar, Enrollment Services Center 223, by your bill
payment due date to have your class schedule canceled. If you fail
to do this, you will be financially responsible for all term charges.
Registration Restrictions
If you have a university account balance in excess of $200, you will
not be allowed to register.
