To complete the enrollment process at Towson University, please follow these steps.

  1. Activate your Towson University email account.
    To get started, simply activate your NetID online. To complete the process, you will need your seven-digit TU student ID number, which you can find on your Offer of Admission letter. Your NetID/email account must be activated at least 24 hours before completing the housing request below. If you have difficulty with your account, please contact the Student Computing Services Desk at or 410-704-5151.
  2. If you plan to live on campus, submit your housing request.

    Fall Term:
    You must reserve on-campus housing by 5:00 p.m. EST on May 1. Secure your spot by submitting the online request form and $350 non-refundable housing deposit.

    Spring Term: Housing for the spring term is awarded on a space-available basis. You can find out if housing is available by logging on to the Department of Housing and Residence Life’s online housing request system. If space is available, you can secure your spot by submitting the request form and $350 non-refundable housing deposit. If you plan to live in Paca or Tubman House, apply online to the West Village Housing. If you have questions about university housing, please contact the Department of Housing and Residence Life at 410-704-2516.
  3. Submit your Enrollment Contract and fee.
    To officially accept our offer of admission, please submit your Enrollment Contract and $300 enrollment fee to University Admissions by July 1 for fall admission and by January 1 for spring admission. If your contract is not received by the deadline, your offer of admission may be canceled.
  4. Submit your Health Form and Immunization Record. You must complete a Health Form and Immunization Record prior to the beginning of classes at Towson. For the fall term (beginning late August), the health form must be received before orientation. For the spring term (late January) the form needs to be received before spring orientation. Health forms should be submitted to Towson's Health Center by mail or fax, at 1-410-704-3715.
  5. Complete your New International Student To-Do List. The International Student and Scholar Office will assist you with immigration information about obtaining the Form I-20 that supports your visa application and is required to attend Towson University as an international student. 

Enrollment Contract Due Dates

  • July 1: Enrollment contract due for admission for the fall (late August) term
  • January 1: Enrollment contract due for admission for the spring (late January) term
