In addition, she holds a certificate in Organizational Development from the Philadelphia OD Network. A recognized authority in the field of professional and personal empowerment, and leadership development, Joni was an instructor for the Wharton Small Business Development Center at the University of Pennsylvania for 10 years. Her book Power Tools for Women®: Plugging Into the Essential Skills for Work and Life is in its third printing. Frequently quoted in business publications, she is a contributing writer for Baltimore Business Journal and CityBizList.
