You’ll gain hands-on experience during your on-campus practicum at Towson University’s
Speech and Language Center. The center offers unique training programs including the interdisciplinary Stroke
Survivor Group, International Adoption Clinic, Stuttering Support Group, Adult Language
and Literacy (ALL) clinic, and Speech and Language Preschool Program.
Towson University’s convenient location in the Baltimore-Washington corridor provides
access to some of the top medical and educational off-campus practicum settings in
the country, including hospitals, nursing homes, schools, clinics and rehabilitation
centers. Once you earn your degree, you will be certified for positions in health
care or education, or pursue advanced degree work.
