Special Needs

Students

If you are a student with a disability who will require accommodation at the ceremony, please contact the Disability Support Services Office, 410-704-2638, so necessary arrangements can be made.

Accessible Parking and Transportation

Parking for those with state-issued accessible tags or hangtags will be available in Lot 21, adjacent to the Towson Center.  Individuals wishing to use the accessible parking area will be required to clearly display a state-issued accessible tag or hangtag prior to entering the lot.

Guests with mobility needs, who do not have state-issued accessible tags or hangtags may utilize the para-transit van from the other Towson Center lots or be dropped off at the Towson Center in Lot 21.  Individuals wishing to drop off someone at Lot 21 should come in the South Entrance of Auburn Drive.  Once passengers have been dropped off, drivers will be re-directed to their designated parking area.

After the ceremony, the para-transit van will be available to transport passengers back to the other lots, or drivers may enter from the South Entrance of Auburn Drive in order to access Lot 21 to pick up their passengers.

Reserved Seating

Guests who are deaf or hard-of-hearing who require sign language interpreters and guests using wheelchairs or with limited mobility have reserved seating. Please inform an usher that you need this seating when you enter the Towson Center. The ceremony will be sign interpreted.
