How does it work?

Using the off-campus housing list is quick and easy. The postings have two types of listings:Housing Available and Housing Wanted. The listings are available online or by coming in to the Department of Housing & Residence Life located at the West Village Commons, room 309. Also, listings are posted at the first floor of the University Union (across from the University Store) on the commuter information bulletin boards. Review the list and write down the names and contact information of the people you want to call.

How to post a listing?

To use the listing, simply fill out and submit the appropriate form online. Housing Available Forms are for people currently seeking to fill vacancies and Housing Wanted Forms are for people in the Towson University community currently looking for a place to live.

Generally, the listing is updated on every Friday.  If you would like your listing to be included on Friday's listing update, please submit the form by 5:00 p.m. Thursday. Forms submitted after 5:00 p.m. Thursday will be included in the following Friday listing update. Please call the Housing & Residence Life office at 410-704-2516 if you need further assistance.

Note:Please submit a separate form if you have more than one listing.

Note:Towson University email(@towson.edu) required when completing Wanted form.

If you rent the space you have available or find the housing that you needed, please send a email to:   Off-CampusListings@towson.edu to have your name or property removed from the listing.  Your listing will not immediately be removed, so your patience is appreciated if you receive calls in the meantime; as noted listings are updated each Friday. As long as space permits, listing are posted for 30 days and then removed. If you wish to have your posting continued for another 30 days, please fill out another form and re-submit it to the Housing & Residence Life office.
