Professional Interests
- Exercise for older adults: Through my business, ElderFitness, I teach both land-based and water-based exercise classes in the Baltimore area. I also lead a volunteer exercise class at a retirement community in Towson.
- Curriculum development – I update and revise my 4 course packets each semester.
- Advising through the First Year Experience program

- Teach two classes on Saturday morning at a retirement community in Baltimore through business called ElderFitness
