economic outlook conference

Education is Key! During the University’s annual Economic Outlook Conference, focus groups emphasized that education is key as we progress into the green, environmentally-focused economy. Colleges and universities will need to prepare the future workforce for green jobs and instill a culture of conservation among students. In addition, the existing workforce may need to be retrained in order to meet the demands of the green economy.
