Biography

As a Research Assistant for RESI's Applied Economics division, Jodee Baker has served as a primary researcher on several projects, including the BRAC Small and Minority Business Opportunity Study conducted on behalf of the Maryland Department of Business and Economic Development. Ms. Baker also contributes in the day to day management of the Maryland DHR-FIA Expenditure Planning and Monitoring Model and the Contract Monitoring unit Model. In addition, she co-authors weekly articles published by the Maryland Daily Record.
