Individual faculty and staff members were provided with an opportunity to participate in the Reflective Process for Diversity by having a conversation about diversity as it relates to the work of the department and college or division. Department members worked together to develop diversity goals for the group in support of the department and college or division's commitment to diversity. The exciting thing about this process is that each department and college or division has a unique focus and perspective on diversity – and the ability to develop goals that really matter to them.
