Non-TU Programs
If there is not a TU program that fits your needs, don't be discouraged! There are many options to study abroad beyond what TU offers. The TU Study Abroad Fair is a great place to learn more about program providers, as well as the resource library in the Study Abroad Office. And the great thing is, you don't need to go on a TU program to access your scholarships and financial aid - you can use it on any program! To discuss your options, attend an information session and then make an appointment with a Study Abroad Advisor by calling the office at 410-704-2451.
Remember: These programs are not run by TU but by other organizations and universities but grades and credits earned on these programs will transfer back to your Towson transcript and count towards your degree. The cost to participate will vary from program to program, as will the services included.

Application Deadlines
All program applications should be submitted to the TU Study Abroad Office - students should not send applications directly to the program or host institution.
Admissions are made on a rolling basis so early application is advised. Deadlines set by each program vary. Check the program brochure or website for dates.
Preferred Providers and Affiliates
These are study abroad programs in which TU students regularly enroll or programs where Towson University has a special affiliation or consortium agreement. All financial aid and scholarships can be applied to Non-TU programs. Some of the programs offer scholarships specifically for TU students.
