The Dr. Nancy Grasmick Leadership Institute has a profound impact in the Baltimore community and beyond thanks to the “ripple effect” of its leadership programs: our training programs equip participants to be better leaders. They return to their organizations to more effectively lead their teams. Their teams thrive and contribute to the success of the organization. The organization is strengthened as a result.
