Program Application

Services for Spring 2025

The Speech and Language Center will offer individual diagnostic and individual/small group treatment services this spring. We will provide in-person and teletherapy services. When applying for programs, please indicate whether you want in-person or teletherapy services and which days of the week and times you are available.
Spring sessions start February 10^th, 2025.

Evaluations and individual/small group treatment services for children and adults are Monday - Friday, morning and afternoon.

Wellness in Stroke and Head Injury (WISH) Program for adults will be in person in Spring 2025. Complete the online program interest form.
