Programs

The Office of Civic Engagement and Social Responsibility (CESR) offers programs that encourage all Towson University students, staff, and faculty to be active participants in the civic life of their everyday communities, including their neighborhoods, residence halls, classrooms, and workplaces.

The programs strengthen connections among members of the TU community, while also advancing participants’ civic agency, intercultural knowledge, systems knowledge, civic communication, civic action and civic professionalism.
