Biography
Jennifer Pett, M. Ed., is a literacy lecturer in the Department of Early Childhood
Education at Towson University (TU). At TU, she has instructed early childhood undergraduate
teacher candidates, specializing literacy instruction and assessment, for over 15
years and serves on the department's assessment committee. She has also worked as
a literacy professional developer in urban schools, a curriculum developer for literacy
initiatives, and as an elementary classroom teacher.
Research Interests
Jennifer's research interests include reading comprehension and literacy assessment.
