George Wylesol is an artist based in Baltimore, USA. His illustration work combines clean, descriptive line with bright colors and grungy textures. He pulls inspiration and imagery from everyday life, past experiences at work as a hospital janitor, old forgotten video games and religious paraphernalia. He has worked on editorial, music, book and advertising projects, for clients like The New York Times, Adidas, Adult Swim and Penguin Books. His work has earned recognition from the Society of Illustrators and American Illustration. In addition to client-based illustration work, George has published four graphic novels: “Ghosts, Etc.” “Internet Crusader,” “2120” and “Curses.”
