Melanie Morris, M.S.

Biography

I earned my college degrees later in life than most, and discovered that I have an insatiable love of learning. I am constantly reading and researching areas of interest to me, which include all of the course content I teach, as well as other topics like cognitive bias, emotional intelligence, active learning, and pedagogical methods and best practices. I have a passion for being involved in meaningful projects, and for constantly becoming more influential in the classroom. My students are the fundamental reason why I enjoy teaching, and I feel it is my life’s mission to learn the best ways to positively influence each and every person that comes into my classroom or my office.
