Biography
He received his B.S. and M.S. degree from Seoul National University, Seoul, Korea in 1984 and 1986, respectively and Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from Pennsylvania State University, Pennsylvania, 1995. He is currently a professor in the Department of Computer and Information Sciences, Towson University and is a director of MS in CS program. His current research interests include Computer Network, Secure BGP network, distributed computing systems, Big Data and data mining in social networks.
