Bridges to the Baccalaureate
The Bridges to the Baccalaureate program aims to change the face of the science, technology,
engineering, and mathematics (STEM) workforce by supporting students as they complete
their associates degree at area community colleges and transfer to TU to earn their
Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM field.
Students participate in a research skills course while finishing their associates
degree. Once they transfer to TU, they complete their coursework while working in
a research lab for the remaining two years of their degree program. Students are supported
with tuition and a stipend during the four semesters of the B2D program.
