Towson University’s Department of Financial Planning & Analysis is comprised of the University Budget Office and Auxiliary Services.
The University Budget Office (UBO) is responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the university's multimillion dollar operating budget. In conjunction, the UBO serves as the office of financial analysis to advise on the university’s financial status, respond to fiscal inquiries and ensure equity, transparency, and compliance with state and NACUBO guidelines. The UBO advises on the resolution of budget issues and maintains position control and vacancy reporting for state positions.
Auxiliary Services provides products and services to support the campus experience, such as Design + Graphic Services, Dining Services, OneCard, the University Store and others.
