By the end of the workshop, participants are able to:

  1. Understand and articulate key diversity, equity, and inclusion concepts and definitions.
  2. Identify historical events and policies in Maryland that impact current efforts.
  3. Recognize the integral role of diversity, equity, and inclusion in leadership and organizational goal setting.
  4. Apply ABC's Ten Essential Questions to evaluate and enhance initiatives.
  5. Analyze real-life case studies to understand practical applications.
