Unclaimed packages will be returned to sender after 15 days of arrival. Please check your TU email regularly and pick up your packages in a timely manner.

It is important that students give the correct address to parents, retail shippers and other senders to ensure that mail is delivered accurately and on time.
Students (Packages and Mail):
When ordering packages or having letter mail sent to campus, please ensure to use the address format shown below.

Please ensure your individual campus building addresses is used if you are receiving an Express (Next Day, 2 Day Delivery), Perishable, or Hazmat delivery. These items will be delivered directly to the recipient by the shipping company. As such it is important to use the format below to help ensure drivers can find the correct building.
