In the annual American In-House Design Awards, sponsored by Graphic Design USA (GDUSA), Towson University's work was recognized five times. This year's competition received more than 5,000 entries, of which only 15 percent received Certificates of Excellence.

Additionally, the 2016 Fall Arts & Culture Calendar received a Silver Award in the 2017 Council for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) Circle of Excellence Awards competition in the category of cover design. The striking gold die-cut cover was conceived, designed and illustrated by David Calkins.

The Circle of Excellence Awards Program competition received over 3,364 entries, of which 266 were recognized (118 bronze, 125 silver, 107 gold and 16 grand gold).

Congratulations to our staff!
