The Towson University women's lacrosse team will host another NCAA tournament game on Sunday after a resounding first-round win on Friday at Johnny Unitas Stadium.
The No. 8 Tigers defeated Wagner, 16-6, in an opening round game Friday at Towson University. The Tigers, who led 9-1 at halftime, advance to the second round of the tournament for just the second time in program history.
The Tigers will face Northwestern — which defeated Richmond in the opening round — on Sunday, May 13 at noon.
