Pet a therapy dog

Take a study break and calm finals nerves by petting a therapy dog. Space is limited, so please sign up for a 15-minute timeslot.

Library Services

24 hours a day, seven days a week from Dec. 4–17

Use the library to reserve a private room for group study and presentation practice. Other available areas include Zoom and study pods on the third floor and quiet study zones.

The Student Help Desk will be offering headphones, earplugs, study kits and busy bags.

Visit the Academic Commons area for tutoring services, research support and accessibility and disability resources.

Writing Center

Mondays to Thursdays from 9 a.m.–5 p.m. | Fridays 12–4 p.m.

The Writing Center in LA 5330 offers many resources to students, including grammar checks and thesis support. Schedule an appointment to meet with a writing assistant to receive advice on any step of the writing process.

Counseling Center Services

Mondays through Fridays | 8 a.m.–5 p.m.

Visit the Counseling Center to enjoy the meditation and mindfulness room. The room is free to book for students and offers massage chairs and peaceful meditation areas.

Jaclyn Weber is a TU alumna and the drug and health educator for the Counseling Center. She encourages students to take care of themselves throughout the school year. “It is incredibly important for students to take care of their mental health through all times of the year. Sticking to a routine in times of high stress and taking care of your health can help you stay focused and be less fatigued.”

Schedule in-person or remote counseling sessions and group support meetings. Request self-help resources for mental health and wellness needs.
