Film director Mike Flanagan '02 to speak at TU Commencement

The critically acclaimed director is 2024 university Commencement speaker

Mike Flanagan '02 will provide remarks during the College of Fine Arts & Communication’s Commencement ceremony on Wed., May 22, at 10 a.m.

As an electronic media and film major, Flanagan has had an exuberant amount of success at Towson University and beyond. Best known for his work in horror films and television series, his recent directing credits include “The Fall of the House of Usher” (2023), “Midnight Mass” (2021), “Doctor Sleep” (2019) and “The Haunting of Hill House” (2018).
