TU’s dining options for students just became mobile. Local food trucks are now providing Tigers with a purrfect outdoor meal.

On Thursdays, from noon to 4 p.m., food trucks will be parked at the pavilion adjacent to The Den at PAWS. Recent trucks have included Deddle’s Mini Donuts, offering bakery and coffee items; Bird Box Express, delivering wings and sandwiches; and Bebo’s, providing gourmet mac and cheese options.

“Variety is always a good thing when it comes to food. I am excited to have more options on campus,” says Kyran Pell ’26.

While addressing a wider variety of student food preferences, the addition of outside food trucks will also strengthen TU’s ties with the surrounding area.

Fisher Hansen ‘24 says, “I’m excited that TU is providing food trucks on campus. Bringing the neighboring communities into TU will benefit everyone.”
