Residence Tower will be available to students with under 29 credits interested in a 9 month housing option. Students with a need to have housing over breaks may indicate interest in 9 month housing as part of the application and deposit process. There will be an increased cost to stay over breaks. Only students that complete the request and are assigned to Residence Tower will be permitted for breaks in a residence hall. Residence Tower will also continue to house students not interested in 9 month housing.
Gender inclusive housing is an on-campus housing option developed to provide a welcoming space for all students.
Alcohol-free residents will receive education and peer support for responsible living. Students assigned to this community must be committed to living an alcohol-free lifestyle.

Depending on the nature of the accommodation, the individual receiving the accommodation may receive a rate adjustment. However, because each individual’s accommodation is specific to that individual, and the types of housing options at Towson vary greatly across 18 different residence halls, rate adjustments are evaluated on case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
