Celebrating the Class of 2024
Meet several graduates who overcame obstacles, seized opportunities and are ready to tackle new challenges.
Towson University holds Commencement ceremonies in May and December to celebrate graduates and their accomplishments.
The Office of the Provost hosts six ceremonies each spring and three ceremonies each winter to celebrate bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral candidates who have completed all of their degree requirements.
Although ceremonies are held indoors, if severe weather is in the forecast, university administrators may postpone the ceremony. In the case of postponement, the university will make every effort to reschedule the ceremony in as close proximity to the original date as possible.
Weather-related announcements will appear on TU’s social media accounts and this website.
Download the Commencement guide for information about when to make restaurant reservations after the ceremony, flower and gift vendors, programs, tassels, tickets, accessibility and more.
