For Enrolled Graduate Students

Note: Spring term To-Do List tasks are updated by mid-October, and fall term To-Do List tasks are updated by mid-March.

Required Tasks 

1. Complete Online To-Do List (In addition to tasks below; requires log-in)
2. Activate Towson University Email and Online Services Account (NetID)
3. Contact Your Program Director for Advising
4. Complete your Online Orientation
5. Register for Classes (You will not be able to register for classes until the day after your enrollment contract has been received)
6. Apply for Financial Aid
7. Accept Financial Aid Package
8. Complete Immunization Requirements
9. Get Your OneCard
10. Submit official, final Transcript (if you have not done so as part of your admission application)
11. Learn About Your Online Bill and Billing Schedule, Enroll in the e-Rebate/Refund Program, and Complete 1098-T Consent
12. Register for International Student Orientation (International Students Only)

Recommended Tasks

1. Register for Emergency Text Messaging
2. Request Accessibility and Disability Services (if applicable)
3. Purchase Parking Permit (required if you will be parking on campus)
4. Determine Off-Campus Housing Options
5. Purchase Course Materials
6. Dining Plan Options
7. Apply for Graduate Assistantships

Future Notifications and Communication

During your transition to Towson University, we will communicate important information to you using your TU and personal email account. Please note the following date(s) when email notifications will be sent to your TU account only:

• Students entering TU for the spring term will receive email notifications to their TU email account beginning January 30
• Students entering TU for the fall term will receive email notifications to their TU email account after July 1
