Graduate Student Appeals

The Graduate Catalog is the official authority for academic policies and procedures. Please refer to the catalog for information regarding the appeal process pathways and information specific to each type of appeal.  

The form below should be utilized to submit an appeal and upload documentation that falls under the categories of:

• academic dismissal
• programatic dismissal
• grade appeal
• graduation deficiency
• time limit 

Appeals falling under the category of “late registration,” “late/retroactive withdrawal” or “repeating a course” must be submitted to the Academic Standards area of the Registrar’s Office.
