Requirements for admission vary, depending on transferable credits completed and your academic record from all institutions attended. If you are applying to Towson University in Northeastern Maryland (at Harford Community College), please use the Towson University in Northeastern Maryland application.
A $50 non-deferrable, non-refundable fee is required with your application. Students applying with a fee waiver will have the option to choose the type of fee waiver to be used during the payment section of the application.
The Spring and Fall 2025 applications are open through Common App (login required).

To be considered for the Honors College, transfer admission applications must be completed no later than March 1.
Transcripts should be sent from ALL of your previous institutions via electronic services (Parchment, Clearinghouse, etc.) or by postal mail to University Admissions. Faxes are not permitted.
Review screened majors and discover if there are additional requirements for the major you wish to study.
Students that attend school outside of the United States may be required to provide proof of English-language proficiency.
