COFAC functions in several buildings on campus including the Center for the Arts and
Stephens Hall, the Media Center, and Van Bokkelen Hall. We are pleased to support
the events happening in our college and COFAC spaces.

Requesting Space
Some of our spaces are available for rent by TU departments, TU student groups and
external clients based around academic use and in accordance with University policies.
COFAC Departments should complete our event form.
TU Departments and TU Student Organizations can request space via 25Live.
Located at the corner of Osler and Cross Campus drives the Center for the Arts (CA)
building original construction was completed in 1972 and renovated in 2005.
ART LECTURE HALL, CA 2032
Equipped with an integrated AV system, this lecture style classroom seats 108 and is ideally suited for lectures and academic presentations.
DANCE STUDIO THEATRE, CA 1003
Located on the first floor of the CA, this 60 seat blackbox style venue with fixed
seating is ideally suited to support our students and faculty.
DREYER MFA GROUP STUDIO, CA 3059
One of three blackbox style venues on the third floor of the CA, this space is used
exclusively by our MFA students.
GALLERIES
The Asian Arts Gallery, the Holtzman MFA Gallery and the Center for the Arts Gallery
feature exhibitions of students, faculty and world-renowned artists. Drop by for a
visit or arrive early and explore before one of our many performances.
In the heart of campus attached to Cook Library, the Media Center (MC) offers resources
for our students including an HD television studio, media production laboratory and radio production rooms.
Stephens Hall (ST)
Constructed in 1912, Stephens Hall is one of the original buildings on campus and can easily be identified by its clock
tower when traveling on the 7900 block of York Road.
STEPHENS HALL THEATRE, ST 217
Our 680 seat proscenium style theatre with a balcony and orchestra pit supports TU
and external theatre, dance, opera, live music and lectures with complex technical
needs.
Van Bokkelen Hall (VB)
Named after Reverend Dr. Libertus Van Bokkelen, a local Maryland educator and State Superintendent
of Public Instruction who authored what came to be known as the public school law in 1865, this building is located behind
Stephens Hall on Glen Drive.
