Learn to systematically assess learner needs, apply learning and instructional theories and models and utilize advanced technologies to design, develop and implement instructional materials.

Students will use immersive and emerging learning technologies and learning analytics to create tailored educational experiences that drive performance improvement and optimize learning outcomes. The program graduates will work in various settings, including the health and business industry, government agencies, higher education, non-profit organizations and military.
