What is Marketing?
The American Marketing Association defines marketing as “the activity, set of institutions
and processes for creating, capturing, communicating, delivering and exchanging offerings
that have value for customers, clients, partners and society at large.” In simpler
terms, marketing is what defines the business you are in, spells out who your customers
are and gives them a reason to choose you.
