Student Parking Rates & Purchases
Students must have registered for classes and have their housing assignment (if applicable) before purchasing a parking permit.
2024/2025 Permit Sales
2024/2025 annual and term parking permits are on sale as of 9 a.m. August 12, 2024. Parking permits may be purchased online through eParking using a credit/debit card, Student and University Billing Office account, or In-Person at the Auxiliary Services Business Office.
If you select in-person payment, the permit must be paid for in full within five business days of selection. Payments may be made at the Auxiliary Services Business Office located in the West Village Commons. Permits may also be purchased with cash, check or OneCard Doc Dollars in person at the Auxiliary Services Business Office.

Use the "Student Account" Option to Purchase Your Annual or Fall 2024 Term Permit
Need to purchase a parking permit for the 2024/2025 annual or Fall 2024 term? Use the Student Account Option, and the cost of your permit will be added to your student account. The Student Account Option will be available effective Monday, August 12th, 2024 at 9 a.m.
When purchasing your permit, just click on eParking and choose Student Account for your method of pay. For additional information, contact uPark AT_TOWSON.
If you elect not to purchase a term or annual permit, then daily permits will be available in designated general visitor areas through ParkMobile. Daily permits on the main campus in general visitor areas for will cost $12/day. Daily parking will be available in Overflow spaces at the Stadium lots near the TU Arena & Johnny Unitas Stadium for $6/day.

Special Permit Rates
MOTORCYCLE PERMIT RATES
If it’s your only vehicle, you pay half the applicable permit rate. If it’s your second vehicle, link it to your primary permit. These permits must be obtained in person at the Auxiliary Services Business Office. Resident students are not permitted to have a second vehicle on campus.
GRADUATE ASSISTANT PERMIT RATES
Students must have a full-time, 20-hour graduate assistantship or two 10-hour assistantships to apply for a faculty/staff permit. Upon verification of your graduate assistant status, you are eligible to purchase a faculty/staff permit at the lowest faculty/staff rate. Please see rates for Faculty/Staff parking permits sold on a prorated basis.
SPECIAL PROGRAMS
Those associated with some special programs are eligible to purchase overflow or evening permits only. Individuals should check with their specific program administrator to determine what type of permit they are eligible to purchase.
