To support students 25 and older in the completion of a first bachelor’s degree so they can advance their careers

The goal of the Charlotte W. Newcombe Foundation is to support students 25 and older in the completion of a first bachelor’s degree so they can advance their careers after graduation. Since 1981 over 39,500 Newcombe Scholarships have been awarded to students at more than 100 colleges and universities.

The Center for Student Diversity administers this scholarship and created a comprehensive support program that prioritizes success in three core areas:

  • Completion
  • Community
  • Career
