Donnice Brown

Donnice E. Brown '91, '94

Assistant Director, Chief of Youth Services for the Mayor's Office of Employment Development (MOED), Baltimore

Donnice Brown  is responsible for helping young adults in Baltimore on their path to prosperity. She is an advocate for youth and recognizes the importance of aligning youth's soft skills with the competencies employers require.

She is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and serves as the Primary Advisor for Mu Mu Chapter at Towson University. Her past community service includes, among others, as a member of the TU Alumni Board, the Towson Black Alumni Alliance, the Baltimore Workforce Development Board Youth Council and Baltimore Homeless Youth Initiative.

Donnice received her Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications with a concentration in Public Relations and a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Towson University.

Sally Snell

Sally S. Snell '67

“It was time to revisit TU and volunteer to enhance the community that has given so much to me.”

Sally Souris Snell ’67 is a true “Towsonite.” 

Spending her undergraduate years at Towson State Teachers College, she returned to campus and worked in the Department of Housing and Residence Life, Alumni Services and was later appointed as one of the first Vice Presidents for Advancement.

A decade later Sally joined the Chancellor’s Office in the State System of Higher Education in Pennsylvania to work with the state colleges and universities in alumni, development and public relations. Upon returning to Maryland, Sally became an original partner in Partners in Recognition, a national donor recognition company based in Ohio.

Sally resides in Hunt Valley Maryland and is the proud mother of three outstanding young women.
