Contacting the ISSO

Towson University is open and the ISSO has returned to in-person operations.  All services may be accessed during normal business hours Monday - Friday, 8 am- 5 pm, by visiting the office in PY 408, by email or by phone. We look forward to assisting you.

We work towards minimal interruption of your services but due to a high volume of requests, please be patient if you experience a delayed response.

We ask that you not email individual advisors as this may delay the reponse.

Immigration requests may be submitted online through ISSO Portal.

Immigration Emergency After Hours:  
If you have a true immigration emergency (for example, you or another TU student is currently detained by Department of Homeland Security or you or another TU student is in the hospital), please contact the TU police at 410-704-2134 and they will contact an ISSO advisor on call.
