Roadside Assistance

Parking Services provides limited roadside assistance to members of the campus community.

Service is provided in the following locations:  Core Campus, West Village, Stadium Complex lots and roadways, The Residences at 10 West, Millennium Hall, 7400 York Road and Cross Campus Drive.  We are unable to provide service to any other locations.

Individuals may request:

  • Hot Shot Service (for dead battery)
  • Lock-Out Service
  • Fuel Run Service:  (Transportation only) Vehicle owner/driver responsible for purchase of fuel
  • Tire Inflation by Air Compressor:  Staff cannot change or repair flat tires.  Air Compressor is not compatible with bicycle tires.


Parking Services Assistance

Services are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. During winter, spring and summer breaks, services are available Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Call 410-704-PARK for assistance.  Outside of the aforementioned hours or if the university is closed, services may be requested through the TU Police as indicated below.

TU Police Assistance

During hours outside of the service provided by Parking & Transportation Services above, including when the university is closed, TU Police provide the following services:

  • Hot Shot Service (for dead battery)
  • Lock-Out Service
