Summer Housing

The summer housing application will open on March 15 at 1 p.m. EST on the Student Housing Gateway.

Housing Eligibility

To qualify for on-campus housing for Summer 2024, residents must be engaged in either:

  • Working on Campus: Resident must work 30+ hours per week on campus in order to be eligible for summer housing. An employment verification form is required from the resident's TU employer.

If a resident is not enrolled in summer classes or employed 30 hours or more with the University at any point throughout the summer, it's considered a breach of the housing contract and the resident will be expected to check out within 72 hours of notification.
