2024 faculty & Staff appreciation celebration

Join us for an 80s/90s throwback celebration full of food, games and prizes as we celebrate you and all you do at TU. Stay tuned for more information about the schedule, menus, prizes and more!

When & where

Date:  Wednesday, June 26, 2024 
Time:  3 to 7 p.m.
Location:  Due to high temperatures in the forecast the celebration has been moved indoors. Food will be served in the University Union and games will be located in Burdick Hall. Register Now

Ticketing

Faculty, staff and guests must present a ticket to enter the celebration. Register for the celebration to receive your ticket and be entered into the drawing for raffle prizes. Faculty or staff members who are married to another TU employee should register for the event separately from their spouse to both be entered into the raffle drawing. 

Save your tickets to your mobile wallet by following these steps:

  1. Please click this link on the mobile device that you will have with you on the 26th and log in with the same credentials used when you claimed the tickets. 
  2. Click “View Event Details”. 
  3. Under Tickets, please click one of the tickets that has “Sec 1, General Admission” listed. 
  4. Add to mobile wallet. 

Walk-up registration will be permitted on the day of the event, however, long lines and wait times should be anticipated.

About The Celebration

The Faculty & Staff Appreciation Celebration recognizes the hard work and dedication of TU employees. While the event originated in Human Resources, it is now funded by Administration & Finance and managed by Auxiliary Services, with a dedicated planning committee comprised of employees across the university.

The celebration could not happen without the creativity and dedication of the celebration committee or the support of campus departments. The committee plans and executes the event.
