Students, faculty and staff can access technology self-help resources 24/7 here or by searching technology how-to articles in the TechHelp Knowledge Base system (login with your TU NetID to see all available articles). If you have a suggestion for an addition to the Knowledge Base, submit a TechHelp service request.
NetIDs, Duo and Single Sign-On
- NetIDs: See how to activate your account and manage your password.
- Duo Multi-Factor Authentication and how to use it.
- Single Sign-On (SSO). Login through SSO and access other TU services and applications without being prompted to login multiple times.
- Faculty and staff can use the Temporary Computer Administrative Rights tool (TCAR) to install, update and manage software/hardware or use a new program on a university Windows computer.
